Eco Research participated in the project “ESTATE RAGAZZI 2024“, an activity for children from 3 to 14 years old organised by Arciragazzi Bozen APS in summer 2024. In particular, on 25th June 2024 and on 25th July 2023, some Eco Research researchers carried out playful and informative activities with the children from 6 to 11 years on the indoor air quality.
In a workshop entitled “The invisible challenge: let’s clean up the air”, the children learned how to identify the pollutants that can be found in the air they breathe inside buildings (including in their own homes and classrooms), their effects on their health and the main sources of release of these pollutants, see in action one of the scientific instruments used to measure the substances in the air around us, but also learn about those daily actions and new habits that can make a big difference in improving air quality and preserving a healthy living environment.
