Towards the new Eco Research headquarters at the NOI TechPark

With the Provincial Council’s approval of the building plan for lot B6 on 06/08/2024, a further step has been taken towards the expansion of the NOI Techpark, which envisages the construction on lot B6 of a new building that will house the offices and laboratories of Eco Research, the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano and Eco center.

Work is scheduled to begin in summer 2025 and will lead to the construction of the building called Trilitica, designed by the Bolzano architecture studio Buselli and Scherer, conceived to become the first Zero Carbon certified office and laboratory building in Italy.
